Product Description Knork - Knork in a Tube Knork It's a Knife and a Fork! The Knork is a unique and functional utensil that allows people with limited dexterity to cut and eat food easily with one hand. This fork head is able to cut easily by rocking it on the curved edge with out being sharp or serrated. The finger platform has a greater area on both sides of the neck to allow for more comfort and less effort when cutting food. The contoured handle adds stability to the cutting function when being used in the left or right hand.

You've heard of a "Spork". Now's there the Knork which is a combination of a knife and fork. I saw a video about its inventor Mike Miller. He found that a fork can't really cut through a pizza well because its edge is too blunt. So he designed a stainless steel fork with a tapered cutting edge. The edge is not razor sharp or serrated. Otherwise you will cut your lips when you insert it into your mouth. The edge is tapered enough so that with a rocking (not slicing) motion and downward pressure one hand can work its way through food such as pizza, light meat, fish, poultry, pastry, fruits and vegetables. It's just right for those who have only one strong hand or for those occasions such as stand up party eating with just a plate and knork but no table around. Also it's good for those who want to use just one eating utensil instead of two. The handle end of the knork is knobby and heavier for balance so that this not a super light weight eating utensil. If you want one of those, then get a Titanium Fork or Spork. The Knork is also available in a matte stainless finish.Single Knork Matte Finish
