 Definitely go for the capsules........ January 8, 2009
Not sure if this has had any major effect on my health, but I am sure that it is not tasty and does not mix well with any liquid. The only way to use it is in a smoothie &, even so, the taste will be altered in an unpleasant way. If you want Acai, I think it might be better to go for the capsules.

Adds a terribble taste to everything with absolutely no benefits real or imagined.I tried forcing this stuff down for almost 3 weeks then decided I'd rather enjoy the taste of food and just exercise. Its not the miracle yet.

Just an OK product, I blend it in vanilla yogurt and it tastes nice, but I did not notice any results what-so-ever after consuming it. And it tastes like c--p when blended in plain yogurt or milk. Yikes.

I noticed a difference in how I felt in about 10 days for taking this twice a day. My joints are not as sore, more energy and a general feeling of well being.

I've been using this acai product for almost a week and already feel better, more alert, and lighter, and I crave sugar less and healthy foods more. I started feeling results after the very first day, actually. But the tub says prime results take two weeks, so I'm excited to see what else may happen.
I started out putting a scoop in my nightly ice cream. But seriously, I crave ice cream less now and lately have put the acai in a glass of milk before bed. May switch to mornings and put it in a smoothie. I wonder what happens if I cook with it, would love to somehow get it into hubby and that would be the only way.
Will revise review if needed, but otherwise four stars for now (not five yet, as only a short time has passed).
ETA: Okay almost three weeks has passed. FIVE STARS!
