Worth the money......I have been using these as a part of my workout since recv'ng them in November.Giving myself at least 2 days rest during the week and eating right is the key. I have already noticed results.

Same as others, this is a great product that gets you in shape without killing your neck (for sit ups). I hung them with chains and they work great! Great price here too. The stores were much more expensive.

Valeo Ab StrapsI use this product approximately 3-4 times a week and it does what the manufacture claims. My only gripe is that one of the rivets broke after the first week. In all fairness I do weigh 230lbs, maybe that was a factor, I don't know. But, it's not detrimental and shouldn't affect my long or short term usage. I considered returning it but decided not to because like I said it didn't affect my ability to use the product. Yes I would strongly recommend this product if you're serious about strengthening your core and toning your abs and obloquies.

I've been looking for the Ab straps for a while and Amazon had it for fraction of the price then the other sites. Once I've received the pakage, I was excited to check it out and try it. It's made very heavy duty and worked excellent. I'm extreamly happy with my purchase and I don't have to share it with anyone else at the gym!
