This Philips HeartStart OnSite Heart Defibrillator is the ONLY AED on the market which the FDA does NOT require a physician's prescription in order to purchase. Safe and easy-to-use, the Philips OnSite AED is ideal for the lay-responder. In the event of a medical emergency, having the Philips OnSite AED readily available could mean the difference between life-and-death.
