 Even my Husband likes it January 7, 2009
My husband is very finickly when it comes to healthy drinks or food. He loves this coconut water though and is using it to cut back on his pop intake. It hydrates the body and tastes so good.
Best Recovery Drink... January 5, 2009
Think drink puts gatorade and other performance drinks to shame.. Which are loaded with high fructose corn syrup.. It is extremely refreshing and tastes great.. I drink these during my gym workouts.. I even downed one after a long night of boozing and felt alot better the next morning..
Great Nourishment for Athletes December 29, 2008
I am a long-distance runner and do Bikram (Hot) yoga. Both of these activities take a lot out of me, and I used to get painful foot and leg cramps. No more after drinking such high-potassium drinks like this one. I prefer the original flavor over the other flavorings because there's nothing added--just like they drink it straight from the coconut in India, Costa Rica, or Thailand. If you're a fan of sugary drinks or Vitamin-Water, you might not enjoy this because it's a little earthy tasting. But, if you can wean yourself off the flavor of the other "enhanced" waters, this stuff will be so much better for you!
Refreshing, Rehydrating Drink December 29, 2008
A yoga instructor recommended coconut water to me as a drink that would help to replenish my energy after a difficult class. I found a large container of it at my health food store and tried it. I found that it really works but I didn't want a large container because I wanted to be able to bring it to the gym for after a workout. Leave it to Amazon to provide a link to Vita Coco products and packs of 12 in a small, drinkable size. So far, my favorite is the Pure Coconut Water. It's not loaded with chemicals or high in sugar and has a light, pleasant taste.

I bought their variety pack Vita Coco Coconut Water Variety Pack, 11.1 Ounce Tetra Packs (Pack of 12). The flavored ones are pretty bad, but this one is absolutely the worst. Terrible product all around.
