All of the gluten-free breads fresh baked by Silly Yak Bakery contain rice flour, arrowroot starch, potato starch, water, powdered milk, eggs, butter, granulated and brown sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, and starch. Note: Gluten Free products are baked on Sundays and shipped on Mondays. Orders need to be placed by Thursdays to be baked on Sunday and shipped on Monday.

Fabulous Find October 30, 2008
This bakery was a great find. The rice bread is fabulous toasted. I ordered the three loaves and immediately ordered more. The flavor and texture was much better than most gluten free breads. I would highly recommend this product.

The Silly Yak Bakery is great! Such fresh tasting goodies that most celiacs never get. It is a great alternative to having to buy bulk ingredients and slaving in the kitchen making huge batches of something that we want just enough for one or two sittings. Also it gives the variety that you can't get making it yourself unless you make 10 different recipes. We will definitely order again. Shipping was actually very good as we live in a remote area and being baked on a Sunday we received it on a Wednesday.
