 way too sweet, would not buy again November 10, 2008
I tried their mango flavored drink (which I liked) and decided to try this flavor. I was very disappointed. The drink is very sweet. So much so that I did not finish the first one I tried. My fiance has been drinking them because I just don't like them. I will probably try the peach flavor next, but never these

This smoothie is the best I have tasted. It is very creamy and tasty. The strawberry tastes like a strawberry shake and the chocolate is rich and thick. Great for Weight Watchers.

I first bought LightFull at Whole Foods Market, and have been hooked ever since. They have a lot of fiber and protein and are very filling and are especially good between meals. I especially like the fruit flavors because they have real fruit, and taste like it. My kids are also drinking these as a snack.
I happen to know a lot about these types of products. These are called "functional foods" and are designed to, well, serve a function. In this case, the idea is that a low calorie, high fiber, high protein snack will make you feel full and thus help you to avoid unhealthy snacks between meals. This will help you to eat better overall or loose weight, if that is your goal. This product is in a new class of foods called "snack beverages" meaning it is---you guessed it---a snack that you drink rather than eat. Not too many of those out yet, but they are coming, and they will be a welcome alternative to potato chips, cookies, donuts, and other snacks.
Overall, I think that this is a great product. It is based on a sound idea, packaged for convenience, and tastes great.

I crave Strawberry Bliss smoothies. This is always my go to snack if I feel my stomach getting a little restless between lunch and dinner. I love strawberries, but I'm not a big fan of artificial strawberry flavors. These things are all natural and you can tell by the flavor - quite refreshing!!

I love these smoothies because they are 1 weight watchers point. My favorite is peach but I like Strawberry too. With only 90 calories and high fiber you can't go wrong! Get it nice and cold (I freeze them and then let them thaw out in my purse), it is a great healthy snack to have on hand.
