Product Description
The Brie is a soft cheese with an unwashed rind. After an affinage of eight weeks, it has a fine rind dotted with orange spots and a smooth, pleasantly fragrant consistency. Substitute Cheese June 8, 2008
Having searched for a Val de Saone brie on the internet I ordered from Le Village and received a substitute Eiffel Tower which Igourmet had also substituted. Although the Eiffel Tower is excellent it is no substitute for the Val de Saone. Contacted LeVillage and received no answer.
